Biography
Del was born and raised in Morrisburg and graduated from Seaway District High School in Iroquois. He worked in senior management positions for over 20 years in Finance, Human Resources and Operations with several multi-national companies and is now a teacher with the Upper Canada District School Board.
Del was a member of the Morrisburg and District Lions Club for ten years and spear-headed many successful fundraisers. He is a former Director of the Ontario Dairy Council, former Treasurer of the Winchester District Memorial Hospital and Past President of the Society of Management Accountants of P.E.I.
Del is currently the Chair of the South Dundas Waterfront Development Committee and one of two Council representatives on the South Dundas Economic Development Advisory Committee. Del's education includes a B.A. (McMaster University), B. Comm. (University of Windsor), B. Ed. (Brock University). In addition, he is a CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
Del has been married to Karen (McKenzie) for 29 years and has two children, David (21) and Michelle (24).
